Stunning 120-square-meter apartment in a vacation home near Lake Annecy.<br>We’re located on the edge of the nature reserve at the far end of Lake Annecy.<br><br>A large pool with a view of the mountains.<br>3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms<br>2 separate restrooms<br>Living room and fully equipped kitchen<br>Sauna and private Jacuzzi with shower<br><br><br>Nestled between the lake and the mountains, 1 hour from Geneva Airport (60 km) and 1/2 hour from the Annecy train station (20 km).<br>Stunning, charming vacation home just a stone’s throw from Lake Annecy.<br>Located at the end of a private road, bordered by a large field, the house is welcoming, very quiet, and boasts an exceptional 360° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.<br>The setting is ideal; facing due south, the rental enjoys sunlight throughout the day.<br><br>Completely renovated in 2020, this vacation home is divided into two separate apartments, only one of which is available for rent.<br>The very large garden is fully fenced and secured by a gate.<br>At the end of the house’s private driveway, there is parking for 3 cars.<br><br>A 10x5m outdoor pool and numerous terraces for dining and relaxing:<br>Sofas, lounge chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, hanging chairs, and a small wooden swing.<br>At the back of the house, the grounds feature a play area with a small wooden cabin for the kids in the summer, a ping-pong table, a mini basketball hoop, and a variety of games such as “Breton palets,” foosball, badminton, balls, and more…<br>A new pétanque court is also available in the summer.<br>A large wooden picnic table, a barbecue, and small chairs are also provided.<br>Below the rental apartment, a garage is available for guests to store bicycles, paragliding wings, paddleboards, games, and pool floats.<br>Please note that two adult bicycles and three children’s bicycles are also available to borrow free of charge.<br><br>The rental apartment, approximately 120 m², features a beautiful, bright 30 m² living room with mountain views.<br>The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, and a large-screen TV on the wall faces a deep, comfortable sofa.<br>Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.<br>Upstairs are three recently renovated, comfortable, and tastefully decorated bedrooms.
