At the foot of the Cévennes, located at the end of a private road, our villa has a magnificent view and is located in a particularly quiet place, in the middle of nature. Two kilometers from the center of the village (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office, doctor). Close to Anduze, major tourist sites and Alès (all amenities), it will welcome you for a comfortable stay with family or friends. It has a garden made up of several terraces dotted with olive trees, oaks, hibiscus, laurels in bloom, mimosas... Next to the house is a private swimming pool (4.5m X 10m x 1.40m) with a large Californian beach secured by a modern alarm. The scents of lavender, thyme, rosemary and the songs of the cicadas will charm you. Completely renovated in 2010 (insulation, double glazed windows, paints, bedding...), with a new floor, regularly improved (e.g. New mattresses 2013, new shutters in 2017, new toilet, new living room and outdoor lighting extended in 2018, new shower room on the 1st floor, access by private concrete road in 2022, new terrace in 2023 and air conditioning of the bedrooms in 2024...), the exterior of our villa was completely redesigned in 2021, the year of construction of a swimming pool, renovation of the terraces, creation of an outdoor bar, addition of new lighting and creation of a kitchenette (sink, fridge and gas barbecue) near the pool. New garden furniture has also appeared (aluminium table, 10 chairs, parasols, new deckchairs...). In 2024, the terrace on the 1st floor was completely renovated and air conditioning was installed in the 4 bedrooms.
